We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment activities, sourcing potential candidates, conducting initial screening, and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various job openings.

Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and databases.

Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.

Conduct telephonic and preliminary HR interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview feedback and joining formalities.

Post job openings on different hiring platforms and social media channels.

Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with internal teams for recruitment needs.





Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Ability to handle multiple candidate profiles simultaneously.

Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Qualification

Graduate in any stream.

MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of recruitment experience.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Comfortable working in a target-oriented recruitment environment

Experience : Fresher to 1 Year.

Working Days Monday to Saturday
