Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Operations Manager to lead and oversee the execution of ELV projects. The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience in the ELV industry with strong expertise in project planning, execution, team management, client coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of ELV projects, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address (PA), Networking, Structured Cabling, BMS, and related systems.
- Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
- Lead and supervise project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and installation teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, safety, and project timelines.
- Review BOQs, project specifications, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials in coordination with the purchase department.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability.
- Prepare project status reports and present updates to management.




- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Support project handover, documentation, and client sign-off upon project completion.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in project execution and operations within the ELV industry.
- Robust knowledge of ELV systems, project management, and site operations.
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD (preferred), and ERP/project management software is an added advantage.

Salary

- ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Based on experience, technical expertise, and interview performance)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹58,382.31 per month
