To mobilize beneficiaries/participants for programs by conducting field outreach activities and ensuring consistent engagement with communities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field visits to identify and mobilize beneficiaries for various programs
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities, institutions, and stakeholders
- Create awareness about organizational programs and initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams for enrolment and participation
- Maintain records of outreach activities and beneficiary data
- Organize and support community meetings, camps, and awareness sessions
- Provide regular updates and reports on mobilization activities

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with diverse communities
- Basic documentation and reporting skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis is mandatory

Preferred Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in NGO/community outreach will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
