Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Jr. Automation Engineer (Development) to design, develop, and implement PLC, SCADA, and HMI-based automation systems. The role involves working on various industrial applications, developing control logic, and integrating automation and networking hardware. You will also gather client requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs based on project requirements.

· Interact with clients to gather technical requirements and process data.

· Develop and deploy complete automation solutions, including hardware integration and field commissioning.

· Configure and integrate communication protocols such as Modbus (RTU/TCP), Serial, and Ethernet.

· Interpret electrical drawings, control panel layouts, and automation architecture.

· Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and site commissioning activities.

· Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

· Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

· PLC Programming Expertise in at least one of the following platforms:

· - Allen Bradley (MicroLogix / CompactLogix)

· - Siemens (S7 (phone hidden) / 1500)

· - Mitsubishi (FX / Q Series)

· - Omron

· Experience with SCADA development tools like WinCC,



iFIX, or Wonderware (preferred).

· Hands-on experience with HMI configuration and troubleshooting.

· Familiarity with industrial automation components: sensors, actuators, VFDs, and other networking hardware.

· Strong knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, Serial, and Ethernet.

· Ability to interpret and work with AutoCAD or e-Plan electrical schematics (added advantage).

· Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment.

Educational Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Instrumentation Engineering.

Personal Traits:

· Sharp acumen for logic building and automation problem-solving.

· Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in execution.

· Good at preparing documentation and following procedures.

· Punctual, responsible, and eager to learn.

· Committed to delivering quality work on time.

Salary:

First 6 months (Probation): ₹22,000 per month

Post-probation (Based on performance): ₹24,000 per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
