- Counsel clients regarding study visa
- Understand client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways
- Schedule appointments for face-to-face or online consultations with immigration consultants
- Follow up with leads and maintain a high conversion ratio
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems
- Explain documentation requirements, eligibility criteria, and process timelines
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Resolve client queries and provide skilled guidance
- Coordinate with case processing and documentation teams
