Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and improve customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation, customer engagement, and promotions.
- Design responsive email templates and write compelling email copy.
- Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and campaign objectives.
- Manage email automation workflows, drip campaigns, and newsletters.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve subject lines, content, CTAs, and email performance.
- Ensure email campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email marketing best practices.




- Maintain and update email databases while ensuring data accuracy and hygiene.
- Coordinate with the content, design, and digital marketing teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights for campaign optimization.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo (Sendinblue), HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of email marketing strategies, automation, segmentation, and personalization.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and campaign performance analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Email marketing certifications are an added advantage.
