Job Title: Sr. HR Recruiter

Job Description & Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements shared by the client and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
- Source, screen, and create detailed candidate profiles for internal submission to the client.
- Connect with candidates to explain job opportunities, roles, and expectations.
- Guide candidates through the onboarding process and ensure all necessary documents are collected.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates via calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and provide clarification on job-related queries.
- Negotiate salary expectations and availability with candidates to align with client requirements.
- Maintain an updated database of potential candidates and their profiles.
- Conduct market and candidate research to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate internally with the business team to ensure timely submission of profiles to clients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
