Job Title: Staff Nurse (B.Sc / DGNM)

- B.Sc Nursing or
- Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (DGNM)

Job Summary:

We are looking for qualified and compassionate Staff Nurses (B.Sc / DGNM) with at least 1 year of experience to provide high-quality patient care as per hospital protocols. Candidates with exposure to specialized departments will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and hospital standards.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records.
- Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes to the doctor.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Maintain infection control practices and ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient care and nursing activities.
- Provide support and guidance to patients and their families.




- Coordinate with healthcare teams for effective patient care delivery.

Experience Requirement:

- Minimum 1 year of experience is mandatory
- Experience in any one of the following areas is required:
- Operation Theatre (OT)
- NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)
- Ward
- Labour Ward
- Gynaecology experience will be an added advantage

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle both routine and critical care situations
- Attention to detail in documentation
- Ability to work in shifts

Additional Requirements:

- Valid Nursing Registration
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
