Key Responsibilities

- Facility Inspections: Conduct routine physical checks of buildings, grounds, and safety alarms.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled upkeep on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose faults and repair plumbing leaks, electrical wiring, door locks, and damaged drywall.
- Emergency Response: Address urgent maintenance requests, which may require after-hours on-call support.
- Record Keeping: Document completed work orders, track parts used, and update maintenance logs.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: High school diploma or GED; certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are highly preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in commercial, residential, or industrial maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Solid working knowledge of hand/power tools and the ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
