Job Title: *Video Editor & Shoot Executive*

Location: Sector 82-A, Gurgaon (On-site)

Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 6 Days a Week

*Job Summary*

We are looking for a Video Editor & Shoot Executive who is passionate about visual storytelling and confident in handling both on-ground video shoots and in-office editing work.

This role is shoot-intensive, with editing and social media support as added responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be creative, technically sound, trend-aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, content-driven environment.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Video Shooting & Recording (Primary Responsibility)*

- Handle indoor and outdoor video shoots including reels, YouTube videos, interviews, workshops, events, podcasts, and mini courses

- Set up and manage camera, lighting, microphones, and basic shooting equipment

- Ensure proper framing, angles, shot composition, audio, and video quality

- Assist speakers/creators during shoots to ensure comfort and smooth flow

- Coordinate with the content and creative team during shoots

- Travel locally for shoots within Gurgaon and nearby locations as required

*Video Editing & Content Support*

- Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms

- Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Clips) and long-form videos

- Perform basic to intermediate editing: trimming, captions, transitions, background music, and basic color correction

- Coordinate with senior editors (if required) for advanced edits

- Ensure timely delivery of content as per the content calendar

- Maintain organized video files and backups

*Instagram & Trend Support*

- Stay updated with Instagram trends, reel formats, hooks, and content styles

- Suggest reel ideas, angles, and content formats during shoots

- Assist in handling Instagram DMs, basic replies, collaborations, and inquiries

- Support coordination for podcast invites, collaborations, and content partnerships

- Maintain a professional, timely, and brand-aligned response approach on social platforms





*Required Skills & Qualifications*

- Strong hands-on experience in video shooting and recording

- Good command over DSLR / Mirrorless cameras

- Understanding of lighting, sound, framing, and composition

- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve (After Effects is a plus)

- Familiarity with Instagram content formats and trends

- Good communication skills (verbal & written)

- Comfortable working from office (on-site role)

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, content-heavy environment
