Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our finance team. In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in managing receivables and invoicing processes.

This position is ideal for someone who understands the fundamentals of accounting and is keen to build hands-on experience in financial operations while working in a structured and process-driven environment.

Skills

Key Skills

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Hands-on knowledge of journal entries and bookkeeping practices.
- Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) and invoicing workflows.
- Working knowledge of accounting tools such as QuickBooks (preferred).
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret agreements and financial documents.




- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

- Maintain and record daily financial transactions accurately.
- Pass journal entries in accounting systems with proper documentation.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and follow up on pending payments.
- Generate, review, and process invoices promptly.
- Assist in account reconciliation and maintain the general ledgers.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
- Support the preparation of basic financial reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment queries.
