Job Description

You, as Discovery & Engagement Manager, School Health Program, would be the interlinking force between AddressHealth and schools in Bangalore. You will have to build a rapport with your target schools, impress them regarding the importance & urgency of health in schools. You will also have to present to schools regarding the professionalism of AddressHealth and seek their interest in our school Health program.

The following are the essential areas of work for the position:

A. School Liaison: To develop and maintain a professional relationship with school authorities from bottom to top (Reception to Principal & School Chairman)

B. Concept Promotion & Presentation: Talking to school management about the concept of school health,



convincing them about the need for comprehensive school health programmes.

C. Customer Relations: Maintaining good relations with existing school customers in your area through regular updates and feedback.

D. Reporting: Preparing sales reports for your supervisor. Preparing the list of schools in your area and the responses by them to the school health concept.

Working Timings: 9/10 am to 5/6 pm

Days of work: Monday to Saturday

Remuneration :

The starting CTC for this position is Rs 35,000 per month (max - Rs 40,000 based on experience, interview performance and last drawn salary). In addition, there will be a fixed food and travel allowance of around Rs 5000 per month. Incentives of up to Rs 1 lakh can be earned on achieving targets.
