Supplymint is a leading SaaS platform transforming supply chain, retail, and warehouse operations through innovative technology. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Associate who is passionate about LinkedIn marketing, personal branding, and creating engaging B2B content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence through engaging and relevant content.
- Build and execute personal branding strategies for leadership profiles.
- Create high-quality LinkedIn posts, carousels, articles, and thought leadership content.
- Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals.
- Monitor LinkedIn trends and recommend new content ideas.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather product updates, customer success stories, and company achievements.
- Track engagement metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Optimize content to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Engage with industry professionals, partners, and prospects to build an active online community.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing,
or Content Marketing.
- Valuable understanding of LinkedIn marketing and personal branding strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong content writing and storytelling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI content tools (such as ChatGPT) is an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- Internship or project experience in social media management will be an advantage.
