JOB OPENING – ACCOUNTS TRAINER

Location: Hazaribagh, Jharkhand
Position: Accounts Trainer
Salary: As per organizational norms + Free Food & Lodging

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver classroom and practical training in Accounting and Finance to trainees.
- Train students in fundamentals of Accountancy, Bookkeeping, Financial Statements, Taxation, and Banking Procedures.
- Conduct practical sessions on computerized accounting and office accounting practices.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and training materials.
- Guide trainees for certification, assessments, interviews, and placements.
- Maintain trainee records, attendance, and training documentation as per project guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

- M.Com (Master of Commerce) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant in a reputed organization.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Bookkeeping, GST, TDS, Banking, and Accounting Principles.
- Positive computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Office, and Tally Prime/ERP.
- Ability to explain accounting concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Required Skills:





- Sound knowledge of Accountancy and Finance.
- Practical experience in maintaining books of accounts and financial records.
- Teaching and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle classroom training and student mentoring.

Preferred Candidate:

- Prior teaching or training experience in Accountancy, Commerce, or Skill Development Programs.
- Experience in training youth for employment-oriented courses.
- Ability to conduct practical sessions and industry-oriented learning activities.
