Sales Executive - Retail
Major Duties
1. Work for rental and outright house deal.
2. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
3. Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
4. Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
5. Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts
6. Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
