Job description

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and record sales invoices, purchase bills, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Support monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and internal departments.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Work with Tally Prime, MS Excel, and other accounting software.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with Tally Prime is preferred.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
