Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Architecture & Structural Designer who has solid knowledge of architectural and structural drawings, excellent AutoCAD skills, and advanced Excel expertise. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, layouts, design modifications, quantity calculations, and maintaining project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD 2D.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and construction drawings.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams for design requirements.
- Prepare design modifications and revisions as per project needs.
- Create accurate BOQ, quantity calculations, and estimation sheets using Excel.
- Maintain project data, reports, and documentation through advanced Excel sheets.
- Prepare comparison sheets, tracking reports, and design-related MIS reports.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 0–6 years of experience as an AutoCAD Architecture/Structural Designer.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D drafting and detailing.




- Good understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas, data management, reporting).
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
- Ability to analyze drawings and provide accurate design outputs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in construction, aluminium formwork, structural design, or architectural projects.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Ability to prepare professional presentations and project reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
