About Lukson

Lukson is a premium lab-grown diamond jewellery brand redefining luxury with certified lab-grown diamonds set in BIS Hallmarked Gold. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to help scale our online growth and drive profitable customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC and Conversion Rate.
- Manage campaign budgets and prepare regular performance reports.
- Work with the creative team to test recent ad concepts, audiences and offers.
- Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.




- Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and overall marketing performance.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Shopify and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in D2C, eCommerce, Fashion, Jewellery or Lifestyle brands is preferred.
