​As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of induction heating equipment (including power supplies, plc based hardening scanners). This role requires a blend of electronic diagnostic skills, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You will travel to client sites to resolve technical issues and provide training to machine operators.

​2. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

​Installation & Commissioning: Oversee the end-to-end setup of new induction units, ensuring alignment with factory specifications and safety standards.

​Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance contracts to minimize client downtime and extend equipment life cycles.





​Breakdown Support: Diagnose and repair hardware failures, including IGBT/SCR replacements, PCB troubleshooting, and cooling system leaks.

​Technical Training: Educate customer personnel on basic machine operation, safety protocols, and daily maintenance routines.

​Reporting: Document all service visits, spare parts usage, and technical findings in formal service reports
