# We're Hiring – Store Management Executive.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Store Management Executive** to manage inventory, warehouse operations, and material movement while ensuring accurate stock records and uninterrupted production support.

- Key Responsibilities

* Manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.

* Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.

* Conduct stock verification, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits.

* Ensure timely availability of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.

* Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams for efficient material flow.

* Maintain documentation such as Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), Material Issue Slips, Gate Passes, and stock registers.

* Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory practices where applicable.

* Monitor inventory levels and identify slow-moving or obsolete stock.





* Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures, safety standards, and 5S practices.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stores reports.

- Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field.

* 1-3 years of experience in stores or warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

* Working knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel.

* Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
