Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction:
- Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers in understanding the menu and bakery products.
- Billing & Transactions:
- Accurately handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions using the POS system.
- Process customer bills promptly and issue receipts.
- Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Inventory & Stock Assistance:
- Monitor sales of bakery items and inform the kitchen staff of popular or low-stock products.
- Ensure proper display and labeling of bakery products.
- Hygiene & Cleanliness:
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and front-of-house area.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards during operations.
- Customer Service Support:
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints or escalate to the manager if required.




- Assist in packing orders and ensuring accuracy for takeaway or delivery.
- Upselling & Promotions:
- Promote new products, offers, and loyalty programs to customers.

Requirements:

- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in bakery, café, or hospitality is preferred).
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Robust communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Proficiency in using POS systems is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
