Job Description – QC Executive (Cosmetics)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Executive to join our Quality Control team at our Vasai manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished products meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct quality inspection and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

· Perform routine physical, chemical, and basic microbiological testing as per standard operating procedures.

· Maintain QC records, test reports, and laboratory documentation accurately.

· Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and company quality standards.

· Identify quality deviations and report them to the QC Head/Manager for corrective action.

· Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality specifications.

· Coordinate with Production, QA, and Warehouse teams for quality-related activities.

· Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained as per schedule.

· Assist in internal and external quality audits.

· Maintain sample retention records and ensure proper housekeeping in the laboratory.

Eligibility Criteria

· Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.





· Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control within the cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing industry.

· Good knowledge of GMP, GLP, SOPs, and laboratory practices.

· Basic proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Experience in a cosmetics manufacturing company will be preferred.

· Knowledge of cosmetic quality standards and manufacturing processes.

· Willing to work from the Vasai manufacturing facility.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
