Qualification | B Tech or MCA Experience (in years) | 6 Job Description | Copilot Studio QA Engineer 5–8 years Role Summary We are seeking a Copilot Studio QA Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating AI-powered copilots and conversational agents built using Microsoft Copilot Studio, ensuring functionality, accuracy, performance, security, and a seamless user experience across enterprise applications.. Key Responsibilities Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions. Validate conversational flows, prompts, topics, generative AI responses, and knowledge sources. Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing. Verify integrations with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, and REST APIs. Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution. Validate security, authentication,



and role-based access controls. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure solution quality. Support test automation initiatives and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
