Experienced Store Manager with over 9–10 years of expertise in managing large-format furniture and electronics showrooms. Proven ability to drive sales growth, lead high-performing teams, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations. Skilled in inventory management, merchandising, staff development, and achieving business targets while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete showroom operations, ensuring smooth daily business activities.

- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

- Lead, motivate, train, and supervise sales and operations teams.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively.





- Plan and implement promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and visual merchandising.

- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and coordinate replenishment to minimize stock-outs.

- Ensure proper display and presentation of furniture and electronics products.

- Prepare sales reports, analyze KPIs, and recommend strategies to improve business performance.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product availability and timely deliveries.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

- Control store expenses and optimize profitability.

- Handle billing, cash management, audits, and documentation accurately.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
