Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IPQA Executive (In-Process Quality Assurance) to monitor and control quality across all stages of manufacturing for our cosmetic and oral care product lines. This role plays a key part in ensuring that all operations meet internal quality standards, regulatory compliance, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
✔Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing, filling, and packing of skin care, cosmetic, and oral care products.
✔Monitor adherence to GMP, SOPs, and batch manufacturing records (BMR/BPR).
✔Conduct line clearance and ensure hygiene and cleanliness before and during operations.
✔Verify weights, pH, viscosity, and other critical parameters at different production stages.
✔Identify non-conformances, deviations, and report discrepancies promptly.
✔Maintain proper documentation as per regulatory and internal audit requirements.
✔Support cross-functional teams in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
✔Collaborate with Production, QA/QC,



and R&D; teams to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Required Qualifications:
Education:
✔B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or B.Pharm/M.Pharm.

Hard Skills:
✔Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and cosmetic regulatory compliance.
✔Familiarity with quality control instruments and in-process testing methods.
✔Proficient in reviewing batch records and managing documentation.
✔Understanding of ISO, Ayush, and cosmetic product guidelines.

Soft Skills:
✔Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
✔Excellent observation and decision-making abilities.
✔Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✔Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Experience:
✔2–4 years of hands-on IPQA experience in cosmetics, skin care, or oral care manufacturing.
