About the Role:

- We are looking for a representative who is responsible for promoting and selling health related products—such as dietary supplements, functional foods, and vitamins—to healthcare professionals, retailers, and distributors. This role combines technical product knowledge with consultative selling to educate clients on health benefits and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Execution: (Online & Offline): Identify and prospect new B2B or D2C accounts through cold calling, networking, and lead generation to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with pharmacies, wellness stores, clinics, and distributors. (Like, Pharmacist (Apollo, Planet Health, Dealers, Distributors, C&F;, Gyms, etc.)
- Product Education: Conduct in-person or virtual presentations and demonstrations to explain product benefits, ingredients, and scientific backing.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory changes in the health and wellness sector.
- Channel Management:



Appoint and support distributors or stockists to ensure product availability across assigned territories.
- Reporting: Track all sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer feedback using CRM tools like Salesforce.

Required Skills:

- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of supplement formulations, health benefits, and FDA compliance guidelines.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and public speaking skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (often 25%–75%) for client meetings and trade shows.

Experience:

- Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Science, or Business.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, with 3–5 years specifically in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry, often preferred for mid-level roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
