About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager who can not only manage platforms but also create engaging content. This role is ideal for someone who understands trends, can ideate viral content, and is comfortable shooting, editing, and publishing content independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals
- Create content end-to-end (ideation → scripting → shooting → editing → posting)
- Shoot and edit Reels, short-form videos, and static posts
- Stay updated with trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and build community
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and brand positioning





Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Content Creation
- Strong understanding of Instagram & short-form video content (Reels focus)
- Hands-on experience with shooting and editing content (mobile or camera)
- Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of storytelling and trends
- Basic understanding of analytics and growth strategies

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with brands, agencies, or personal brands
- Knowledge of performance marketing basics (what content converts)
- Ability to appear on camera is a plus
