Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, construction drawings and GFC drawings.
- Develop architectural documentation packages from design development through construction stages.
- Produce detailed drawings, joinery details, wall sections, schedules and construction details as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integration and project accuracy.
- Review and update drawings based on design revisions, consultant inputs, client feedback and project requirements.




- Ensure compliance with project standards, client requirements and industry best practices.
- Support project coordination, technical documentation and construction-related activities.
- Deliver accurate, high-quality documentation within project timelines.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting standards.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of floor plans, elevations, sections and CAD documentation practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- B.Arch/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or ITI/NCTVT-certified Architecture/Civil Draftsman.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
