Key Responsibilities:

- Product Portfolio Management: Manage and optimize the entire product portfolio, ensuring each product aligns with the company's strategic goals and vision.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for product enhancement.

- Product Promotion: Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to promote our products and services, making them stand out in the market.

- Value Proposition: Create irresistible value propositions that attract potential customers and differentiate our offerings from competitors.

- Integration of Financial Options: Explore and implement innovative financial strategies such as integrating loan options with product purchases and bundling loan and insurance offers.

- Vendor Relations: Collaborate with vendors and retailers to implement buy now, pay later schemes and other attractive offers that drive sales and customer loyalty.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, design,



and engineering to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product improvement.

- KPIs and Analytics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing campaigns and initiatives. Analyze data to make data-driven decisions.

- Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to make continuous improvements to the product offering.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in product management, product marketing, or related roles
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Innovative mindset and a passion for creating unique product promotions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Solid project management skills with a keen eye for detail
