Job Description

Employees working in this position shall be having the following JR

1. Requirements Analysis
2. Change requestAnalysis
3. Business Requirements Documentation
4. SRS Documentation
5. Coordination for Project Management
6. Manual Testing
7. Software Products Testing
8. Client Management.
9. Project Documentation
10. MIS

Skill Set Desired

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis.
2. Project documentation – SRS, Requirements Document, BRS Document etc.
3. Functional Knowledge of HR and Payroll is preferred.
4. Thorough knowledge of SDLC.
5. Valuable Written and Spoken English Language skills.
6. Client management

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Education – Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Applications
2. Experience – 1 to 5 years’ experience
3. Project Experience – Must have alteast 5 projects experience and must have been actively involved in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering.
4. Desired soft skills – Commitment, dependability, team work, Consistency, Ability to withstand pressure on tight deadline projects, Client Management under tough conditions, Punctuality, Disciplined, Ethical behaviour, delivering as per client deadlines.

Selection Process





Round 1 - Initial HR Round
Round 2 - Face to Face – Technical Round
Round 4 – A Sample exercise on JSM Software Product
Round 5 – Final Top Management Interview
Round 6 – Final HR Round and Finalisation of Employment terms and conditions.
