Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities within the industrial automation sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, EPCs, System Integrators, and End Users.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, customer visits, and industry events.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver customized automation solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills

- 5–8 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering within the industrial automation industry.
- Hands-on experience with automation products from brands such as Schneider Electric, Siemens, Rockwell Automation, Mitsubishi Electric, ABB, or similar.




- Strong customer network in OEMs, End Users, and System Integrators.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial automation products and solutions.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred

- Prior experience in technical support or field service within industrial automation.
