Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and evaluate candidate fit based on technical and behavioral competencies.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and manage offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Hiring SLA are achieved.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with HRBP, business leaders, and external vendors when required.
- Drive employee referral programs and recruitment branding initiatives.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring processes.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Stakeholder management and business partnering.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment reporting.
- Valuable understanding of recruitment KPIs and hiring analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Experience recruiting for IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Shared Services, or Corporate functions is an advantage.
