Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to students, parents, and enquiry leads.
- Handle inbound enquiries received through social media, website, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Explain study abroad opportunities, universities, courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission processes.
- Generate interest and schedule counselling appointments with Academic Advisors.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM.
- Convert enquiries into counselling sessions and admissions.
- Support admission campaigns, seminars, webinars, and educational events.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with students throughout the admission cycle.

Eligibility

- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Experience in Telecalling, Counselling, Customer Service, BPO, Sales, or Education Industry preferred.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
- English communication skills preferred.
- Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
