- Roles & Responsibilities :
- Job Purpose :
- To support and execute structured planning, material coordination, and scheduling activities in line with production priorities, ensuring timely availability of material and job orders for seamless manufacturing execution.
- Job Duties / Responsibilities :
- Receiving drawing files from the Design department for SJO preparation.
- Checking BOM accuracy against released files.
- Releasing the SJO in IMMS via AUTO Shop & triggering demand generation.
- Creating work orders based on drawings and BOM files.
- Generating shortage reports under released SJOs.
- Raising indent requests based on shortage analysis.
- Preparing cutting slips specifying RM cutting methods and delivery locations.
- Following up with Purchase for bought-out and heavy-duty (HD) shortages.
- Following up with Outsourcing vendors for semi-finished items.
- Expediting delayed items in manufacturing to match plan.
- Preparing forecast list of semi-finished components for proactive planning.
- Reviewing and creating forecast SJOs based on project requirements.
- Following up with Purchase for raw material shortages.
- Supporting Design and Production in creating JIGS and Fixtures.
