Position: Debt Recovery Team Leader

Department: Collections and Recoveries

Key Requirements:

Experience in Dubai Banking Collections and Recovery is a plus point.

Responsibilities:

Debt Recovery Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies and processes.
- Regularly review and update recovery policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Team Management:

- Lead, train, and supervise a team of debt recovery agents.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement training programs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Case Management:

- Oversee and manage complex and high-value debt recovery cases.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and defaulters to negotiate payment plans and settlements.

Client Relations:





- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with recovery services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding debt recovery issues.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on recovery progress and team performance for senior management.
- Analyze recovery data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
