We are seeking a motivated and committed Litigation Associate to join our chambers. This role offers direct mentorship, substantial courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to work on diverse and intellectually engaging matters.
The position is ideal for a junior advocate with 2-3 years of work experience looking to build strong foundations in commercial litigation, arbitration, and court practice in a rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in appearances before courts and tribunals, including NCLT and Bombay High Court
- Draft pleadings, applications, written submissions, and legal notices
- Conduct in-depth legal research on commercial law issues
- Handle execution and enforcement proceedings
- Work on testamentary and succession matters, including drafting wills and family settlements
- Coordinate with clients and brief Counsels.
- Well-versed with the e-filing procedure of the Bombay High Court

- Commercial and corporate litigation

Requirements
- Enrolled Advocate with a valid Sanad
- 0–3 years of litigation experience
- Strong research skills
- Genuine interest in litigation and dispute resolution
- Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
