Power Integrity and EMI/EMC Engineer:

5+ Years of experience in power integrity and EMI/EMC Engg with BE/Mtech/PhD in Electronics/Electrical/power electronics engineering.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Experience with various power conversion topologies, DC/AC Inverters, Motor Control, high voltage/high power converters
- Conduct Power Integrity (DC/AC) and EMI/EMC simulations for high-voltage DC-DC converters using tools like Ansys AEDT.
- Delivers power integrity and EMI/EMC solutions for L&T; Semiconductor products including Chip/package and SiC/IGBT High voltage Power modules.
- Advanced EMI filter design and test to optimize performance and reduce noise
- Collaborates with the silicon integration team, die floor planners, system hardware and package design team to optimize the on-die decoupling partitions and implement the package decoupling scheme
- Debug support to ensure adherence to Power Integrity (AC/DC) specifications
- Collaborate with test labs to ensure module/system level EMI compliance
- Ability to perform Correlation of pre-silicon analysis/estimations with lab results
- Hands-on expertise in Ansys AEDT, SiWave/HFSS/Maxwell, Dassault CST studio or equivalent simulation suites.
- Signal integrity simulations for high-speed or low speed interface is a plus
- Excellent technical knowhow to drive technical paper and patent filing
- Ability to Lead, mentor and train junior engineers
