Key Responsibilities

● Lead the editing of long-form and short-form videos that highlight social issues with high emotional

and visual impact.

● Add advanced sound design elements—music, effects, voiceovers—to enhance storytelling.

● Conceptualize video ideas, scripts, and storyboards; guide teams during shoots and production

phases.

● Create advanced motion graphics, animations, and infographic-based visuals.

● Produce multi-format content: documentaries, interviews, campaigns, explainers, social media

clips, and event coverage.

● Edit sensitive testimonial-based content while ensuring authenticity and accuracy.

● Oversee pre-production: planning, shoot preparation, shot lists, and resource coordination.





● Maintain consistency in brand style, tone, and ethical representation across all videos.

● Manage and streamline the video asset library for productive workflows.

● Conduct final quality checks ensuring technical excellence and visual consistency.

● Stay updated on social trends, digital media innovations, and editing techniques.

● Mentor and guide interns/junior editors.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
