Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead showroom sales operations, drive revenue growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven sales track record, and extensive experience in the jewellery retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive showroom sales and consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to deliver outstanding performance.
- Ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience and build long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor daily sales activities, customer footfall, and conversion rates.
- Manage showroom operations, billing, inventory coordination, and stock control.
- Ensure attractive visual merchandising and high showroom presentation standards.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain service excellence.




- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze business performance, and implement improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Jewellery Retail Industry.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery products, retail sales, and showroom operations.
- Proven experience in leading high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer relationship management skills.
- Hands-on experience in inventory management, billing, and visual merchandising.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about retail sales.
- Willing to work versatile retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
