About the Role

We're looking for a versatile, self-driven team member who can wear multiple hats across client acquisition, content creation, and web development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can move fluidly between writing a client proposal in the morning, editing a Reel in the afternoon, and building out a WordPress site by evening.

Responsibilities

- Write and submit proposals/bids for projects on Freelancer.com (and similar platforms) to help win new client work

- Plan, create, and post social media content across platforms, including short-form video (Reels)

- Shoot and edit Reels/short video content for the company and client accounts

- Perform SEO for the company website and client sites (on-page, technical, content-based)

- Design graphics for social posts, marketing materials, and web content

- Build and maintain websites on WordPress, Shopify, and Wix for both internal and client projects

Requirements

- Proven experience in at least 2-3 of the above areas (web development + one of design/social/SEO strongly preferred)





- Working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and Wix (Elementor/page builders a plus)

- Comfortable with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)

- Experience filming/editing short-form video content for Instagram/TikTok/YouTube Shorts

- Basic understanding of SEO principles (keywords, on-page optimization, technical audits)

- Strong written communication — this person will be writing client-facing proposals

- Self-starter who can manage multiple ongoing tasks without heavy supervision

Nice to Have

- Prior experience bidding/winning work on Freelancer or Upwork

- A portfolio of past design, video, or web projects
