Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the double-blind peer-review process, ensuring rigorous, timely evaluations.
- Make definitive editorial decisions (accept/reject) based on scholarly merit.
- Provide strategic leadership to enhance journal scope and global indexing.
- Invite top-tier researchers to submit papers and propose Special Issues.

Mandatory Criteria (Non-Negotiable)

- Education: Ph.D. from a recognized, globally reputed institution.
- Experience: 7 to 10 years of full-time teaching and research experience as a university faculty member.
- Publications: An impressive, consistent track record as a first/corresponding author in premier global outlets.
- Editorial History: Must have current/prior experience as a Journal Editor, Associate Editor,



or Board Member for at least one journal indexed in:
- Scopus / Web of Science (WoS)
- IEEE
- SSCI / SCI / ESCI
- ABDC
