Location: Kolkata ,Salt Lake Sector V
Salary & Incentives:
Freshers: ₹15,000 in-hand + weekly & monthly incentives
Experienced Candidates: ₹18,000 CTC + incentives
Language Requirements:
Fluent in English & Hindi (mandatory)
Working Schedule:
6 days working
1 rotational week off
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
Maintain accurate customer records
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Follow company policies and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Freshers are welcome
Experienced candidates must have:
Offer letter appointment letter
Age limit 18-35
Skills Required:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric approach
Basic computer knowledge
