Job Title: Procurement Executive

Department: Procurement

Reporting To: Procurement Manager / Head – Projects

Key Responsibilities

* Support end-to-end procurement activities for electrical EPC projects to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.

* Study electrical drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to assist in preparing procurement plans.

* Float RFQs to vendors and collect quotations for electrical materials and project requirements.

* Prepare techno-commercial comparison statements under the guidance of the Procurement Manager.

* Follow up with vendors for quotations, order confirmations, dispatch schedules, and material delivery.

* Assist in vendor identification, evaluation, and onboarding while maintaining updated vendor records.

* Coordinate with project teams, engineering, and site teams to ensure smooth material planning and execution.

* Track purchase orders, delivery timelines, and documentation to avoid project delays.

* Maintain proper procurement records such as POs, quotations, delivery challans, invoices, and inspection reports.

* Support cost-effective procurement while ensuring quality standards are maintained.





* Assist in inventory tracking, material planning, and coordination with stores.

* Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

* 0 to 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in electrical EPC / construction / industrial projects.

* Basic understanding of electrical materials such as cables, switchgear, panels, transformers, earthing materials, and consumables.

* Knowledge of vendor coordination, quotation comparison, and purchase order processes.

* Basic knowledge of GST, logistics, and commercial terms is preferred.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and basic ERP / SAP systems.

* Good communication skills and strong follow-up ability.

* Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams.

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
