Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Manager with a strong background in AI and Voice Technology. The ideal candidate should have worked with AI, Conversational AI, Voice AI, or Voice Bot companies and possess excellent technical and client-facing skills. We are looking for a reliable candidate with no frequent job changes.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose AI & Voice solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution workshops.
- Design and present AI-powered Voice Bot, Chatbot, Speech Analytics, and Conversational AI solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, solution architecture, and proof of concepts (POCs).
- Work closely with product, engineering, and implementation teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
- Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable AI and Voice solutions.
- Provide technical support during the sales cycle and assist in closing deals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Generative AI, LLMs, Speech AI, and Conversational AI technologies.
- Support post-sales teams during project handover when required.

Required Skills

- 4–8 years of experience in Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering.
- Experience working with AI, Voice AI, Conversational AI, Speech Analytics, Contact Center AI,



or Voice Technology companies is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, LLMs, NLP, ASR, TTS, Voice Bots, and Chatbots.
- Experience in preparing technical proposals, solution documentation, and presentations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in customer meetings, solution consulting, and product demonstrations.
- Good understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and system integrations.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI solutions will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience with AI or Voice Technology companies is mandatory.
- Stable career history with no frequent job hopping.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Candidates based in Noida or willing to relocate to Noida will be preferred.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
