- Diploma mechanical - Frehser or exp.
- Perform quality inspection of all incoming bought-out materials as per approved inspection standards.
-  Carry out quality inspection of all incoming machined and manufactured components.
-  Conduct final inspection and acceptance testing of assembled products before dispatch.
-  Record inspection results and maintain quality records.
-  Coordinate with vendors to resolve quality issues related to rejected materials and ensure timely corrective actions.
-  Investigate customer complaints related to product quality, identify the root cause, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
-  Prepare, maintain, and update inspection checklists, quality procedures, inspection reports, and other quality-related documents for incoming materials and finished products.
-  Ensure compliance with company quality standards and established inspection procedures.Good understanding of engineering drawings, dimensional inspection, and mechanical components.
-  Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier callipers,micrometres, height gauges, dial indicators, and related inspection tools.
- Work closely with the production, design, and procurement teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.




-  Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and manufacturing quality.
-  Basic knowledge of quality control methods and documentation.
-  Good communication and coordination skills for interacting with vendors and internal departments.
-  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for maintaining inspection records and reports.
-  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-  Attention to detail and a systematic approach to inspections.
-  Ability to identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
-  Knowledge of acceptance testing procedures for mechanical assemblies is an added advantage.
-  Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
