Location: Pune (Wakad / Hinjewadi / Baner / PCMC) – In Office
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Role (What You’ll Do)

- Handle flight, hotel, and package bookings end-to-end
- Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and suppliers
- Respond to client queries via WhatsApp, calls, and email
- Prepare and manage itineraries and travel documents
- Maintain booking details, payments, and client data in Excel
- Draft skilled emails to clients and vendors
- Follow up for confirmations,

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years experience in travel bookings / travel operations
- Good communication in English and Hindi (spoken + written)
- Basic knowledge of flights, hotels, or travel packages
- Comfortable using Excel (basic formulas, filters) and email
- Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Comfortable with client interaction (calls + WhatsApp)
- Must be willing to work from office in Pune
