- Set Up & Calibration: Prepare and set up machines (mills, lathes, etc.) by installing attachments, chucks, and cutting tools according to engineering blueprints. [1, 2]
- Programming & Operation: Enter instructions, reference points, and coordinates into the CNC control panel or load CAD/CAM programs. [1, 2]
- Material Handling: Load raw materials or feed mechanisms into the machine safely and conduct test runs before full-scale production. [1, 2]
- Quality Control: Inspect finished workpieces against exact specifications using precision measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauge pins. [1]
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment (e.g., clearing waste chips, cleaning tools, and reporting mechanical malfunctions). [1, 2]
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, keep workspaces clean, and maintain detailed logs of production runs

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
