Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency. They manage workers, coordinate workflows, and resolve production issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
- Manage and motivate production staff (operators, technicians, helpers)
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies
- Identify and resolve production issues or bottlenecks
- Ensure workplace safety and follow safety regulations
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for machine upkeep
- Track production metrics and prepare reports
- Reduce waste and improve productivity (lean practices)




- Train new employees and support skill development

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma / Any Bachelor’s degree / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
- 1–5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production workplace
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control
- Understanding of safety standards
