Job description:
- Ensuring the target number of students are met in all schools through on-site/online PO's admissions counsellor training, workshops, tie-ups, and any other conversion or footfall activities.
-To recover all any dues related to royalty from every school in the assigned region as per the timelines set
-To conduct Annual Quality Audits for all schools
-To provide Ops update of all schools in given region on monthly basis to the reporting manager
- To track the legal documents and updates of all schools
- To ensure the training at all schools go as per schedule and be updated on the reports for follow up.
- To keep track of curriculum dispatches for all schools as per the academic calendar of all schools
- To address all/ any queries of partners and resolve concerns amicably and in a timely manner.
-To ensure that all SOPs/ Policies are followed strictly at all BOM schools
-To coordinate with local vendors/ HO specified vendors for procurement of all material as per requirement with Logistics team
- To coordinate with all departments at HO for smooth functioning at every school
- Working in tandem with Logistics & Finance departments for all student and school kits,
ensuring quality and consistency of the same, Coordinating and managing orders from all schools along with collection of Kits payments
- To ensure timely and end-to-end ramp up (setting up) of new schools, coordinating with all the departments maintaining all SOPs, and school start dates as per timeline and BOMIS guidelines.
- Royality Collection and Kit Selling.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Operations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Experience
- 4–6 years or more of relevant experience in School Management, Franchise Operations, or Education Operations.
- Experience in managing K-12 school operations or franchise schools will be preferred.

- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in admissions, school operations, and franchise management.
- Knowledge of school audits, SOP implementation, and compliance.
- Solid coordination and vendor management skills.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
