Job Overview

DesignMate is hiring a Site In-Charge with hands-on experience in full interior/turnkey project execution. You will be responsible for managing on-site operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise end-to-end interior site execution (modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical & plumbing)
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, BOQ, and specifications
- Manage site labor, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor daily progress and report updates to management
- Handle in office challenges and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain quality standards and client satisfaction
- Track and manage materials, inventory, and deliveries
- Ensure project completion within defined timelines
- Follow safety protocols and maintain site discipline

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field




- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out / turnkey projects
- Strong knowledge of interior materials and execution processes
- Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings and BOQ
- Good team handling and coordination skills
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Experience in residential & commercial interior projects
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Excel
- Good communication skills (English/Telugu/Hindi preferred)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Secunderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Full interiors: 1 year (Required)
